2017/11/01-we sent out our i-130 form.
2017/11/06-received i-797C from USCIS, priority date is 2017/11/06.
2019/10/01-NVC had my case opened, CEAC
2020/02/07-NVC notice documentary qualified.
2020/3/21, Received NVC case update for scheduling my interview, waiting...
2021/03/05, Received NVC case update e-mail, that our case is in the interview
schedule queue. Waiting...
2021/06/04, Received NVC 2nd case update e-mail, still in the interview schedu
le queue. Waiting...
2021/08/03, Received NVC 2nd case update e-mail, still in the interview schedu
le queue. Waiting...
可以看到我本來預期02/07收到DQ後，可能四五月可以收到面試日期通知，但因為疫情暫
停海外簽證，到今年三月初恢復，卻收了三次通知信要繼續等面試日期，ask NVC 回報不
正常的等待面試日期時程也都沒有用，就是官方回覆文件都完成等待面試日期安排信件，
打給AIT問，回覆我的case沒有被轉到AIT所以沒有資料只能問NVC，這樣3/6/8月的連續通
知繼續等待已經讓我跟老婆相聚的期待一直不斷落空，從DQ到現在已經過了一年半了....
請問我還能做什麼讓NVC重新審視我的case, 這麼不正常的等待時間卻沒有任何解釋，我
已寫信給居住地的國會議員助理請求案件上的幫助，另外請問這種情況找律師會幫助嗎？
恭喜版友的backlog 資訊互助，也恭喜她收到面試日期，我已經跟老婆遠距四年多了，期
待的美國生活一直沒辦法開始，老婆在台灣的生活也沒辦法有長遠的計畫，就一直浮浮沉
沉的在等等等等等.....覺得好無助
