寫了信件前去反應
沒想到是荷蘭航空的服務人員回信給我
"We thank you for your e-mail.
Please contact Air France, as you made the booking with them, also you have
Air France tickets, we therefore can not change anything on your booking. "
他說需要連絡的是airfrance
我頓時搞糊塗了, 現在也不知道該找誰??
還是可以寫信到這個法國的信箱問問?

重點是機票已經訂了, 小朋友的生日寫錯 14 Apr 寫成 16 Apr
