自由女神 (Statue of Liberty) 的預約~ - 北美

請教板上先進,
1.
在 ticket info 的部份有二個選項,
Monument Access Pass
Ferry Only

我無法選擇 "Monument Access Pass",
上面寫　"(from 5/27/2006 to Open)", 現在都 2007 了, 請問是怎麼回事 ?
爬文得知選這個可以進入 Monument 看看,
但現在是還沒有開放的意思嗎 ?
所以我只能選 "Ferry Only ", 也就是去島上走走 ?

選 "Ferry Only "　還是可以進入自由女神看看嗎 ?
