請問應該先繳多少費用 - 紐澳

在學校給的offer學費明細表上 有一點疑惑的地方

Graduate Certificate Tuition Fee: 10032
Estimated Mater Program Tuition Fee: 24032
Estimated Total Tuition Fees: 34064
Commencement Fee to be Paid: 12500 (Is part of Tuition Fee)
OSHC: 541

代辦給我的說明是
因為我先念Graduate Certificate 所以要先付10032
加上之後Commencement Fee 12500當成是唸Mater的訂金
再加上保險541
所以一共要先繳10032+12500+541 這樣是對的嘛?
