地球的暖化導致氣溫逐年升高，也因為這樣皮膚油脂分泌更旺盛，水分逸散加速，讓皮膚乾燥現象更為明顯，所以保濕是一項不可或缺的保養程序。但現在的肌膚保養中，美白就是最具有視覺可見性的保養方式，皮膚透過保養品相互輔佐達到美白功效。本次的研究所使用的樣品為品仙有限公司提供之「含雪蓮成分保濕乳」、「含蘆薈成分保濕乳」，此產品的主要成分含有雪蓮( Saussurea )、蘆薈萃取液(Aloe oil)。市面上的雪蓮大都製成中藥材、食材，經由這次的實驗產品中特別添加雪蓮作為測試並驗證其針對皮膚美白的作用。由十位受測人員進行，定期測量右手背三區（不塗抹任何樣品、含雪蓮成分保濕乳、含蘆薈成分保濕乳）並且分析皮膚的水分、保濕度、血色素及黑色素的變化。黑色素、血色素、水分蒸發、皮膚保濕能力之測試方法均使用Cutomter®MPA 580儀器進行。

By the ten subjects personnel , regular measurement on the three zones of right hand back ( not smear any sample, with containing lotus ingredient moisturizer, or with containing aloe vera moisturizer ) and the analysis of the moisture of skin, moisturizing , hemoglobin and melanin changes. Melanin, hemoglobin, water evaporation , skin moisturizing ability of the test methods are used Cutomter ® MPA 580 instrument .
