Eligibility

The following categories of foreigners are eligible to apply for permanent
residence:

(a) Spouse and unmarried children (below 21 years old) of a Singapore Citizen
(SC) / Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)

(b) Aged Parents of a SC

(c) P, Q or S work pass holders

(d) Investors/Entrepreneurs

假如不是PTS也不是投資移民 18歲以下學生只能採用 (a)
一般來說 18歲以下學生結婚的應該不多
所以18歲以下學生去申請 應該多為採用 unmarried children of SC/SPR
身為第二代 自然就要當兵
