先感謝這個版給出很多充足的資訊
現在我通過I140之後，也收到NVC 寄給我的Case Number還有instruction
我完成pay fee step, 現在登入帳號，我跟我老婆付款的部分都顯示
IV Fee ="PAID"
IV application="COMPLETED"
下個步驟說
When the IV Fee status indicates PAID, click the "Applicant Document
Processing" link and, for each applicant, follow the instructions.
但我找不到instruction裡面提到的Applicant Document Processing link.
請問有人知道為什麼嗎？
另外三個問題
1. 通過I140的人需要填寫I-864嗎?
2. 我需不需要幫我老婆申請I130?
3. NVC給我的email裡面寫說：
Submit financial and supporting documents in one package to NVC.
NVC's mailing address can be found at https://nvc.state.gov/mail
但是NVC website step 9 上面又寫
IMPORTANT: Do not send any documents to NVC by mail.
However, you must bring every civil document you uploaded
and submitted with your application to your visa interview.

如果是140通過走CP, 是無法直接上傳civil documents. 請參考以下文章
