配偶簽證問題 - 移民

大家好～

請問一下，我在去年2021九月底filed I-130後一直都沒有更新的消息，有點擔心是不是
漏了什麼？
看其他人file後 好像都有顯示Field Office or Service Center，但我的只有Case Was
Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent.
還是必須等到我的案件被actively reviewed才會告知Service center？
