關於伴讀簽證 - 紐澳

最近在了解關於伴讀簽證的工作時數，
也就是8104的限制，
遇到了一些問題想來請教版上的各位前輩們。

有些人說伴讀簽證伴侶的工作時數是跟著主申請人的時數，
根據這個說法，
只有master by research 和 doctoral degree的伴侶無工時上限，
也有看到有人的伴讀簽證是這麼寫的。

但是我查到很多的官方資料中，
只要是是讀master的伴侶包含
by coursework 和research也是無工時上限。

or research, or doctorate (PhD) can work unlimited hours once the primary
student visa holder has started their course.

(這邊只有說master or doctoral，
應該可以假設是只要是master degree都包含吧?)


想請問是因為有改過簽證規則，
所以有人的簽證是規定只有master by research 和 doc才是無工時上限？

有master by coursework的伴侶是無工時上限的嗎?

還是發簽證的時候隨機規定8104的內容？
