Bill C-24嗎..唉..目前若乖乖每年報稅，不要參與恐怖組織

加拿大政府跟移民局不會隨便找你開刀

C-24是一條真實的新法律,引起很多反對聲浪

至於二等公民這些用詞是反對的人自己加的,原文不是這樣

但大意就是說某些公民是可以在一定條件下被取消的

原文在這裡,自己讀;而且你讀這篇文章時也解讀錯了

"二等公民"包括在加拿大出生的雙重國籍人,或有資格雙籍者
你如你是台灣人,你在加拿大生了一個小孩,他就有資格雙國籍

就是新法律裡面所定義的"某些人"; 當個奉公守法公民就沒事
而且新法律下,要歸化為加拿大公民的資格也變難了

嗯這個月新移民法上路了，移民申請公民條件增高

The point that this bill is unjust is because the
CIC Minister has the power to revoke anyone's cit
izenship who he/she, with reasonable ground, belie
ves that the person has committed crimes listed in
the bill. Further, in order to appeal the decisio
n the burden of proof now lies on the defendent. T
his penalty is violating the Canadian Charter of R
ights and Freedom Section 11(d) where the Minister
directly believes the accused is guilty without h
aving to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

Thus directly places the accused under the burden
of proof and not assuming innocence

害國家的事情時，被取消國籍本就很合理，這表示你根本不在
乎這國家。那些單一國籍的人，政府無權讓他們成為"無國籍

者"，所以沒有能力取消他們的國籍，反對者寫的內容根本混
淆視聽，反因為果。

You have to have basic knowledge of the legal syst
em in Canada to actually know why this bill is und
ermining the legal system. Basically simply believ
ing you are not innocent and requiring you that yo
u need prove you are innocent throws the entire le
gal system back to the dark ages.

如何能保障人民的基本安全、自由及權利？時代在改變，恐
怖活動盛行的現在，撤銷國籍、褫奪公權已是必然的趨勢。法
國、加拿大、英國、及澳洲，皆陸續採取類似的措施。目的是
為了抑制猖獗的恐怖活動，並非原po文中，分化公民等級，
甚至控制居住意願等不合理的要求。扭曲文字真意以達到反
對的目的，把亞洲分化族群、等級這套拿來當政治手段，手法
實在不可取，也很粗糙。

我朋友說恐怖份子是要被 convicted 才算，不是由加拿大政
府自由心證。

Having the need of getting a hearsay from a friend
to say that means you didn't read the entire bill
yourself. Yes, you have to get convicted in order
apply the revocation of citizenship. However, it
also means that it skips the judge's decision and
it leads straight to citizenship revocation. The
point I'm arguing is not the fact that there shou
ld not be a revocation of citizenship when it come
s to extreme crimes but such punishment should be
given on a more careful and fair basis as the bil
l a) gives the Minister the right to revoke anyone
who is convicted of the crimes listed in the bill
and has or may get a dual citizenship without a t
rial or judge hearing, and, b) the revocation only
applies to those who has and/or able to obtain an
other citizenship from a foreign sovereignty

Further, you have to know that, there is no such a
thing as "apply for an explanation of a section i
n the Charter of Rights and Freedom" in Canada. Al
l explanations and interpretations come from the p
recedents or, as the case enters the surpreme cour
t of Canada, the Chief Justice will then read out
the section on the Charter and indicate what shou
ld apply and then gives a further explanation of t
he section. Please do try to understand the justic
e system as this is crucial to understanding the b
asic grounds to this bill.
