（CR1) NVC 文件及面試相關問題 - 移民

想請教幾個問題
之前上傳的文件
有被NVC告知需重傳
出生證明不接受，以及結婚證書，良民證需掃描成垂直的格式。

再重傳上述文件之後，約16天，有收到NVC的訊息說，因配偶收入不足，建議準備joint s
ponsor 的i864 ，說最後決定權會在大使館。

Xxx does not appear to meet the minimum income requirement according to the cu
rrent poverty guidelines to sponsor the intending immigrant(s) for this petiti
on. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at th
e time of your interview. In order to avoid delays, you may wish to submit an
additional Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) .


然而上述文件的狀態依舊是submit 而不是其他的accept .

想請教這樣代表文件是被接受了嗎？
是否現在等待面試？
準備好sponsor 的i864及稅單，是否還需上傳至Ceac ?還是只需面試時帶過去？
