EB2 NIW NVC 文件繳交 - 移民

大家好 第一次在這裡發言 先預先感謝大家的幫忙
我是申請self-petition 的EB2 NIW
目前是在準備送往NVC的文件中

在NVC送來的cover sheet上
“Photocopies of supporting documents”這大欄下有
“Court records with translation”
想問這個如果沒有過往審判紀錄是否需要上傳文件？
另外有關“Military records with translation”
如果是當替代役 有需要上傳什麼文件嗎？
