今天最新2020年1月的Visa Bulletin(VB)已經公布，如同前幾個月預告，EB3在表B出現排
期倒退一年。另外參考Visa Availability章節說法，連EB2在財年下半年都有可能出現排
期，EB3則預計最晚會在3月。之前記得版主說過按照過去歷史，EB3排期倒退最多為半年
，真沒想到這次一口氣出現一年的狀況。是否代表從3月起EB-3 表A開始出現cut-off
date到2018年呢? 有詢問律師，以目前最新的EB3公佈來看，他認為表A應該要早於表B，
不知為何表A是current，反而表B是有排期狀況。還請版主或是了解的版友釋疑，謝謝大
