請問目前LAX轉機會受到施工影響嗎? - 北美

如題,
聽說LAX最近正在施工
小弟是9/23(三)從台灣飛(EVA AIR BR2)
抵達LAX時間是16:20(Terminal B)
再轉機 20:15於Terminal 1 搭Southwest飛LAS

Q1:我抵達LAX的時間似乎是國際線入境檢查的尖峰時間,
先前在本板請教過各位大大3h55m應該足夠
(我行李沒有直掛 需取出再重新check in)
但想再確認目前從Terminal B到Terminal 1的交通是否有受施工影響?
我知道LAX航廈之間有Free Shuttle Bus 但現在有些工程在進行
有看到下面網頁的這段文字,

arrivals level roadway during busy travel times after 7 PM. If you are
picking up passengers in the terminal area, please consider making
arrangements to meet them on the departures (upper) level roadway to avoid

***大家會建議我直接用走的過去Terminal 1會比較快嗎?

Q2:我的回程在LAX預留的轉機時間更短
(10/2(五)從LAS 21:30飛抵LAX,轉搭00:15 EVA AIR回台灣)
不知是否還OK?也會受LAS施工影響嗎?
