目前正在填I-485的表格有個疑問
之前跟律師簽約繳交了一些基本的Q&A
Q&A中跟律師說明了有領到一些speeding tickets (被警察pull over Orz)
(事後沒有上法庭appeal 都是直接網路上繳費了事)
結果導致律師要我在I-485
p10 part 8 no. 25
"Have you EVER been arrested, cited, charged or detained for any reason by
any law enforcement official (including but not limited to any U.S.
immigration official or any official of the U.S. armed forces or U.S.
Coast Guard)?
勾選 "Yes" 並且在p18附上說明
這邊想詢問一下
speeding tickets 是屬於no. 25規範之中嗎?
是否會影響到綠卡的申請?
