09/09 I485 case transferred to another office
09/09 I765 card was picked up by the USPS
09/11 EAD card delivered
09/11 I485 card was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction
12/18 I485 receive RFE in mail (online status not showed)

心得: DOL 和 USCIS 的處理時間都正常，很幸運不用面試。
但是公司和律師明地暗地拖延，與辦H1B時的態度大相逕庭，非常不爽
關於出生證明：我寄了以下的掃瞄版本
1. 出生醫院開的英文出生證明
2. 戶政事務所的partial英文戶籍謄本
3. 中文出生證明的英文翻譯版 (自己翻的)
+ 地方法院公證 (證明中英版本相符)
+ 外交部認證
